Two Pakistani women made it to BBC's 100 Women 2016 list
Lots of Pakistani women have been making waves internationally and the latest ones to do so are entrepreneur Naema Ahmed and political activist Karima Baloch.
The two women made it to BBC's 100 women list, which celebrates 100 influential and inspirational women around the world every year.
Karima Baloch, a 31-year-old psychology student, is a political activist in Balochistan.
Naema Ahmed is an e-commerce startup manager at Shopistan.pk. Founded in 2012, the venture aims to bring an online retail experience for Pakistanis.
"I've never known a woman in my family to work. That's fine if you want that sort of thing - but I don't. I want a different life for myself," said the 25-year-old.
Last year, Goodwill ambassador at UN Women and paraplegic artist Muniba Mazari and schoolgirl Ayesha Ishtiaque earned spots on BBC's 100 Women 2015 list.
