When a hard-headed character breaks down, the scene has all eyes glued to it, grabbing all the attention and Aagha Ali is grateful for all the love his character Sikander is receiving.

He posted a thank you note for his fans on Tuesday after the Zakham episode that aired the previous day had the fans' hearts in its grasp.

"Sikander shed a tear and the amount of love, messages, DMs, comments and appreciation you all showed has blown me away. Thank you so, so much for loving my efforts and for loving the character Sikander so much. I’m humbled and am super grateful, I love each one of you even more. Thanks again..." he wrote in the caption.

He gave a special shoutout to Rubina Ashraf, who plays his mother in the show, and also accompanied him in the emotional scene. "Also, thank you so much Rubina Ashraf aapa for being you! You’re such an institution and a living legend for all true reason. Love you aapa. See you all at the screens. Love, Aagha."

The Mere Bewafa actor attached a screenshot of his teary-eyed self from the drama. The scene in question features a heated speech by Ashraf who visits Ali in his office like a gentle storm, shaking him to the point of tears with her words, without raising an octave in her voice.

She tells him she is ashamed of being related to him and condemns him from taking everything away from them, telling him Affan (Sikander's brother) is the true recipient of their father's property. Additionally, Ashraf hands over a blank cheque for him to take whatever he wants since she is responsible for bringing him into the world and must pay the price for it.

The context of the scene is the clash of Sikander and Areej (played by Sehar Khan) whom Affan loves but Sikander's intrusion disrupts their relationship. "Sikandar's arrogant, insensitive and self-centred demeanour brings forward multiple trials and tribulations for Areej," reads the drama's description on YouTube. Zakham is told as "an intriguing story of multiple relationships that go through a lot of ups and downs".

Written by Rida Bilal, the show is produced by Asad Qureshi and Abdullah Kadwani under the banner of 7th Sky Entertainment. Besides Ali, Ashraf and Khan, it stars Azfar Rehman, Waseem Abbas, Sana Fakhar, Salma Hassan, Kamran Jeelani and Sidra Niazi.

Yeah, Agha is playing a very sound role. But the question is that the younger brother shown so humble is unbelievable in these times.
