Adnan Siddiqui has set off into the world of memes and he's getting good at dealing his meme cards because he just posted a clip from the 2015 film Jawani Phir Nahi Ani with a caption going off about Humayun Saeed always walking away with the girl even though Siddiqui woos them better. He took a good humoured jab at his friend, saying his 2022 goal was for him to be the hero for once while Saeed enters the scene as a photograph.

He posted a video of a scene in which Saeed is a lawyer and the man being questioned is someone who changed drastically after marriage. When photos of the man and his then fiancée are presented from before the wedding, the photos feature a younger Siddiqui. It gets comical when the judge roasts the man.

"What do you have against me, Humayun Saeed? You always walk away with the girl irrespective that I wooed her better than you, you get to mouth the best dialogues, even thrash me in my office, get seetis [whistles] for that and now this?! Kyun bhai? Why did you reduce me to a mere photograph?" Siddiqui captioned the photo.

Siddiqui "wooed" away Saeed's wife in their 2019 drama Meray Paas Tum Ho. In that drama, Saeed played Danish, Ayeza Khan's character Mehwish's husband and Siddiqui played Shehwaar, the guy she has an extra-marital affair with before returning to her husband.

Carrying on with the same spirit Siddiqui added, "All I wish for in 2022 is that you produce a film where I'm the lead actor and you are there as a painting or photograph on the wall. Ah! The thought itself is so delightful."

Saeed was quick to respond with love and laughter, taking it with the good humour it was intended.

Siddiqui went viral a few weeks ago when he attended a destruction ceremony of confiscated goods organised by the Customs (Enforcement) Karachi and recorded himself joining in the process of destroying seized liquor and drugs. He posted several pictures on his Instagram, including a now iconic selfie in front of the raging fire that was picked up by Pakistani Twitter and circulated online.

The selfie also inspired his friend Aijaz Aslam to recreate the picture when he attended a drug burning ceremony to which Siddiqui said, "May you get noticed and become a viral meme! The inspiration, though, will always be me."

Siddiqui went so viral that he ended up in a parody by Ali Gul Pir who's always ready to pick up on what's hot and trending or what could potentially elicit a lot of laughs. Siddiqui re-shared the parody, laughing along, looking at the bright side saying "I have finally arrived!!! How you ask? Well, when your memes start trending all over social media, you have moved up the ladder."

He also promised to keep producing amusing content that may act as fodder for the meme industry and it looks like he's keeping his word.
