Imran Abbas and Saba Qamar are uniting for the first time for a new drama, Tumhare Husn Ke Naam.
The series is being shot in both Karachi and Lahore.
"The subject is very nice and unusual, different from what is happening these days," Abbas revealed in a conversation with Images, adding that the story is very well articulated and the music well done.
"It's a new pairing. I'm working with Saba for the first time," he said, revealing that there's a fresh feel for the audience too as they see new faces cast with each other.
The film is being directed by Saqib Khan, who has Ghabrana Nahi Hai under his belt. Speaking about his commitment to his work, Abbas revealed how he found Khan to be very talented and very passionate.
"I've had multiple meetings with him and gotten great feedback too," he said. "I'm having a lot of fun with working with new people. I've worked with the same people over and over again, but i'm so looking forward to working with a new lot."
With story and screenplay by Umera Ahmed, the drama is written by Sara Qayyum. No release date has been announced yet.
