Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton are Anna Wintour’s "dream" Met Gala couple

Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour is the women behind the Met Gala and she has two guests she would love to see attend the exclusive event.
During an interview with Today, Wintour said that Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle are her "dream couple". Their husbands? Well, not so much.
"I would love to have the Duchess of Sussex and the Duchess of Cambridge together," she said. "That would be my dream couple. They could leave their husbands at home. It's the two of them I want."
From the royals, late Princess Diana attended the event in 1996 in an iconic Versace dress, while Princess Beatrice attended in 2018.
The Met Gala is happening tonight, Monday evening and guesses are high on which celebrity will own the red carpet.
