Updated 09 Nov, 2018
People were very excited for the release of Thugs of Hindostan. Were.
The film brought Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan together and promised a riveting action adventure full of pirates and sword fights. People had dubbed it the Bolly Pirates of the Carribean in an affectionate way.
So did the film deliver?
Apparently not. Twitter is swarmed with unhappy tweets by audiences from its opening shows. Is the film really that bad? Because according to Twitter...
It was bad
People really had their hopes up
But this movie isn't worth your lunch money
Movie vs fans
People want answers from Aamir Khan
They wanted to leave.
Like, really badly
They couldn't make it past half
They're beating themselves up for watching it
And those who made it till the end...
... they don't feel so good
And now everyone else is scared
