What is bound to pop up on your Instagram Explore page today — videos of Bushra Ansari, Mahira Khan, Kubra Khan and a host of other celebrities dancing the night away at a mehndi.

Apparently, many of our much-loved celebrities flocked to attend Shahmeer Shunaid's mehndi Friday night. Videos of celebrities hitting the dancefloor have been circulating on social media ever since the event.

Shunaid is the grandson of Sultana Siddiqui, president and founder of Hum Network Limited. He is also family to Momina Duraid who directed and produced acclaimed television serials such as Bin Roye, Yaqeen ka Safar and Diyar-e-Dil.

Many of the celebrities who've starred in Duraid's works were seen dancing at the mehndi.

Mahira Khan and Sanam Jung busted out some killer dance moves.

Best friends Gohar Rasheed And Kubra Khan partnered up for a dance number as well.

And then there was Bushra Ansari, bringing the house down with Azaan Sami Khan.

Mehndi dances aren't the only thing doing the rounds on social media — there's this particular wedding selfie as well, featuring Sajal Aly, Danish Nawaz, Ali Rehman Khan, Kubra Khan and Gohar Rasheed.

And then there's the selfie that turned into a video. Here is Jung, Mahira and Momal Sheikh among others smiling at the camera.

Singer and song writer Falak Shabbir also happened to be at the event, and so was actor Sarah Khan who captured her husband's singing performance for the gram.
