Is Kate Middleton paying homage to Princess Diana with her Royal Visit outfit choices?
Prince William and Kate Middleton touched down in Islamabad yesterday for the Royal Visit, their first official trip to Pakistan.
The couple were received by Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi and his wife Mehriene Qureshi at the Nur Khan Airbase, where Kate was spotted in a Catherine Walker dress (reportedly one of Princess Diana's favourite designers) with matching pants.
She paired the ensemble with nude heels and a clutch and earrings from Pakistani brand, Zeen.
For Day 2, which kickstarted with a visit to Government Girls College, Middleton wore a periwinkle blue shalwar kameez with a two-toned chiffon dupatta by Maheen Khan and Russell & Bromley flats.
For their meeting with PM Imran Khan, the Duchess changed into another green Catherine Walker tunic which she coupled with pants, again from from Maheen Khan and a scarf by Satrangi.
Even her third look is very similar to one that Diana donned:
Aaand we're still waiting on Prince William to wear something traditional.
This is a developing story.
