Pakistani Twitter is having a field day with Kaaf Kangana's new trailer

We watched the trailer so you don't have to (but please do, for the melodrama).

It's not a great sign when you can't tell whether a trailer for a movie touted to be "an intense love story" is satire or not.

Kaaf Kangana, which comes out on October 25, just dropped a new trailer and we have SO many questions.

Like why did Ayesha Omar choose to do this movie? What is up with these cringe-worthy and clearly forced dialogues about Kashmir? And why are we getting major Star Plus vibes (never a good thing)?

Maybe it's just that we were expecting better from Khalil-ur-Rahman, who has written and directed the flick. But clearly we're not the only ones confused by this trailer.

Pakistani Twitter too couldn't resist taking jabs:

The OTT acting!

Just saying...

Were the Kashmir dialogues an afterthought?

We're trying to support local cinema but y'all are making it hard!

We'll still be watching the movie so keep your eyes peeled for a review once it's out!

Please revisit your movie and stop its release as you will become a laughing stock. Redo it with correct acting directions dialogues and content revision. You dont want such a big cause as kashmir to get wasted just because of this movie. Really you need to revisit it. If not for anything else than your honor. Cheers.
