Syra Sharoz and Asim Azhar are working on a musical miniseries about friendship
A miniseries is in the works which will star Asim Azhar and Syra Sharoz.
Director Murtaza Chaudhry revealed to Images that it's not a web series and "has been made in partnership with Candi biscuit and will be a musical that has seven episodes."
"The series will tell a story about four friends reuniting after seven years," said the director. "Syra and Asim will play two of the friends."
The cast will also include Haroon Shahid and Hamza Jamil as the other two friends. "We have Abbas Ali Khan working on the music while Waqas Rizvi is producing. Ahsan Raza has written the script"
There is no release yet for the yet-to-titled project but Murtaza speculates, "The launch will be somewhere in October, we’re hoping somewhere in the first half."
