Mansha Pasha is gearing up for her second film
After making her big screen debut with 2017's Chalay Thay Saath, Mansha Pasha now has her second film sorted too!
In the yet to be titled movie, Pasha will be appearing alongside Ahmed Ali Akbar (Karachi Se Lahore, Parchi) and Ali Kazmi (Dobara Phir Se, Motorcycle Girl).
Talking to Images, Pasha shares: "The producers are Kamil and Hania Cheema and the movie is being directed by Kamal Khan who has worked on a bunch of note-worthy music videos and other projects, this being his directorial debut for a feature film. Other than that, we've also got Saleem Mairaj, Rashid Farooqi on board as cast members and our DOP is Mo Azmi (Cake)."
She adds, "It's truly a one of a kind movie, it's tapping into a completely new genre in Pakistan, one I think men will particularly enjoy. It's based in Karachi and depicts the city in a very real and authentic way; there will be crime, mystery, the works."
The movie is slated to release in 2019.
