While we're really excited to see Mahira Khan and Sheheryar Munawar in Saat Din Mohabbat In, we're slightly more stoked to see transgender model, Rimal Ali make her big screen debut!

Talking to Images, she shares, "I was approached for the movie by producer, Sanam Mehdi and I knew I had to do it."

"I can't reveal the name of my character but what I can say is that I will be playing a transgender club dancer, which is why I also have a dance number in the movie. Sheheryar will also be performing with me in the song."

Rimal will be seen wearing a Sania Maskatiya outfit in the item song.

Other than Mahira and Sheheryar, the film's cast also includes Mira Sethi, Javed Sheikh, Amna Ilyas and Hina Dilpazeer, Rimal told us.

Saat Din Mohabbat In, scripted by Fasih Bari Khan, follows a young man on a quest to find his true love in a crowded Karachi neighbourhood. Like all good love stories, he will encounter obstacles, both spiritual and physical, that he must overcome in order to achieve his goals.

Director duo Meenu Gaur and Farjad Nabi have teamed up with director of photography, Rana Kamran, who has hits like Na Maloom Afraad to his credit for the upcoming flick.

Saat Din Mohabbat In is slated to release in 2018.

Great. Slowly but surely we are becoming an open and liberal society. I wish any TV channel engages a TG as an anchor person!

This is Pakistan. This is my Pakistan where people are appreciated if they have talent. No where in the world people succeed without pain and efforts.... and please stop comparing one individual with another because everyone is created unique by Lord.

She is so beautiful. Make sure no one discriminates her because she is a transgender. Any plan for Bollywood or Hollywood in the future Rimal?

@Abc Film industry needs authentic actors not wooden models. Same reason why Miranda Kerr is a model not actress and non good looking Tom hank, Meryl Streep award winning American stars. Film industry around the world can get the best looking bunch, but they don't, because if they can't act, industry is bound to fail. We need to encourage grass root acting talent to take industry forward.

The efforts of filmmakers to cast "transgender" is appreciated; now time to accept no gender discrepancies; every human has right to work whatever he want to do in legal boundary; hope masses stop criticizes the people only because of their gender.

@sarfaraz nice suggestion and appreciated. However, it is intemperance to judge before releasing the movie or watch his/her act
