Yet another love song shot abroad with an "exotic" female model. When will the singer retire this formula?

Atif Aslam has a treat for his fans on his birthday.

The singer released the music video for his single 'Younhi.'

"Let's go back to the roots, where I started from," said Atif Aslam on Twitter.

The video shows Atif Aslam as a selfish boyfriend who hates his girlfriend's social life. The girl seems to be very eager to have him enter her circle but he is a 'loner' who doesn't follow her cues and that is the cause of their relationship not working out.

Atif seems to be saying that being a loner doesn't mean being a bad person as he is shown helping other people out and interacting with strangers he runs into.

Perhaps he's showing how two different people can't work out, even if they are nice people.

Atif Aslam keeps to his fondness of exotic locations as this video is shot in Turkey and the music is also very true to his signature style. While it's not terrible, we're really itching to see something new from the singer and 'Younhi' just didn't cut it.

Atif is a good singer but for the last few years he seems a bit boring. By the way the video seems inspired from James Blunt's "Bonfire Heart".
