Arshad Khan aka Chaiwala is turning out to be quite the favourite of (B-list) musicians in Pakistan.

After starring in the eponymous track 'Chaiwala' by Lil Mafia Mundeer, Arshad is set to appear in another music video.

This time, he's been approached by a singer/actor Muskan Jay, who's signed him on for her upcoming single 'Teri Bayparwaee.'

“I have signed him (Chaiwala) with me because the people want to see him. He is in demand,” Muskan told Dawn.

Muskan has many videos to her credit. She started her career in 2003 from Karachi. Her first music track was 'Zara Thumka Laga,' then came 'Gudi Ishq Di' followed by 'Ab Chain Aye Nah.' She has also acted and sung for Bolly flick Just MMS, but the film is yet to release.

The new track 'Teri Bayparwaee' has been shot in Margala Hills and will air next month. The song's hook has been borrowed from Noor Jehan’s song 'Teri Bayparwaee'.

While we were doubtful in the beginning, it appears that Arshad Khan's showbiz career has taken off. Not only did he recently make his runway debut at Bridal Couture Week in Lahore, but he's been cast in a film too!
