Fakhar Zaman getting picked for Lahore Qalandars in the PSL draft has fans over the moon

Fakhar Zaman’s return to the Lahore Qalandars (LQ) for PSL 8 is news fans are welcoming with open arms. They are raving about his platinum categorisation and a good overall lineup for the Qalandars.

On Thursday, the PSL released its draft roster for this year. While players such as Peshawar Zalmi’s Babar Azam, Multan Sultans’ Mohammad Rizwan, Khushdil Shah and Shahnawaz Dahani, LQ’s Shaheen Shah Afridi, Karachi Kings’ Shoaib Malik and Islamabad United’s Shadab Khan were retained, other local and international players were sorted into platinum, diamond and gold categories.

LQ, being defending champions, got the first pick and they chose Zaman.

Safe to say, fans approve.

No wonder LQ supporters are over the moon.

A cherry on top.

Because without it, the sundae will feel incomplete.
