There are soft launches, and then there is getting married in Monaco and driving off into the Mediterranean sunset in a vintage Ferrari.

Charles Leclerc, Formula 1’s resident prince of Monte Carlo, has tied the knot with model Alexandra Saint Mleux in what can only be described as the most on-brand civil wedding of the year.

The couple, who announced their engagement in November 2025, said “I do” in a civil ceremony on Saturday. They shared glimpses of the day on Instagram — because if you get married in Monaco and don’t post about it, did it even happen?

In one joint post, Leclerc, 28, is seen slipping a wedding band onto Saint Mleux’s finger. Another clip shows the newlyweds driving along a postcard-perfect street in a rare red 1957 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa convertible.

There were balcony kisses, sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea, and a series of impossibly polished portraits.

But the real star? A dachshund named Leo.

Leo made several scene-stealing appearances, lounging dramatically on the train of Saint Mleux’s glittering off-the-shoulder gown, snoozing on her lap, and even posing in the Ferrari.

Saint Mleux’s bridal look leaned into full fairytale glamour. She wore a shimmering lace gown by Paolo Sebastian, paired with jewellery by Graff. Her hair was styled in a sleek bun, and she carried a bouquet of white blooms.

Leclerc called it “a day we’ll forever remember” in his post’s caption, teasing that this was only part one. “Part 2 will be next year with all of our close ones,” he wrote, suggesting a larger celebration is still to come.

Saint Mleux echoed the sentiment, writing, “Dream. Can’t wait to marry you all over again next year,” before updating her Instagram bio to “Alexandra Leclerc.”

The pair were first spotted together in March 2023, with Leclerc confirming the relationship two months later in an interview with Gala France. Since then, Saint Mleux has become a familiar face at race weekends, cheering him on from the sidelines as he navigates hairpin turns and championship pressure.

Now, Monaco’s golden boy is officially off the market.
