Kinza Hashmi will be pairing up with Bollywood actor Karan Wahi for the music video for singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan’s new song ‘Mere Ho Jao’.

The song is set to release on August 15.

Hashmi and Wahi both shared the news on Instagram on Sunday. He called it a “heartfelt song sung by the legendary Rahat Fateh Ali Khan sahab and penned passionately by Mani Manjot”. “This song goes beyond borders on 15th August,” he said.

Hashmi called the project very close to her heart. “First time alongside the very talented Karan Wahi! I was a little nervous initially and but the love pouring in from across the border is overwhelming,” she wrote.
