Shah Rukh Khan’s 15-minute Twitter Q&A is the kind of sass we need in our lives

The Bollywood actor DID answer some actual questions in between his gentle roasts.
19 Dec, 2022

If Shah Rukh Khan clears his schedule to make room for a Q&A, you drop everything and spam the Bollywood actor — which is what thousands of people did. While we expected him to respond to the questions seriously, we did not see the giant wave of sass coming our way. The Kal Ho Na Ho actor matched the energy of those who asked silly questions and gently roasted them in a way that would make even the roastee laugh.

On Saturday evening, the Dilwale actor announced that he will be taking questions from his fans using the #AskSRK hashtag on Twitter. He was instantly met with a long list of questions as fans tried to get a response out of their hero.

And respond, he did. Khan ticked off the questions with humour and wit that had us all LOLing.

Has your favourite actor helped you win a bet to market his film? No, right? Well, King Khan has.

Can’t argue when there’s a mention of chutti [holiday].

And that is how you save money, kids.

We’re not so sure about that, king. We would rather have them hug you than their ex.

Oof! That has got to be at least a first degree burn.

You can’t out-Shahrukh Shahrukh Khan.

FIFA first, own movie later. Priorities.

Congratulations to your heart on Messi’s win, SRK.

Sweet!

Us when an acquaintance tries to get too familiar with us.

Ladies and gentlemen, the art of gatekeeping your private life.

Even King Khan has traffic blues.

It’s not just you who can YOLO, so can your films.

Can we pay for Pathaan in smiles then? @ SRK.

Fair point.

Are you excited about Pathaan?

@Bunny "SRK is the ideal muslim in India. successful, hard working , honest , playing by the rules. India needs more muslims like him today" As an Indian I tell you that SRK is past. It does not matter whether he is Muslim or not. You can glorify him as much as you like. The younger generation does not know & does care about him. If you want to know the truth, the bollywood is not the most successful film industry in India any more but dwarfed by south Indian film industries like Tollywood. We are living in a world, which is changing every day and yesterday is in distant past.

@Bunny . Yes SRK is a wise man. He wrote “India” in column of Religion at his children schools. Now that’s awesome. Any Indian should have choice to write “ India” as religion. Writing “India” is far intelligent in lieu of “ aethist” . The laws of CAA, NRC, should be amended accordingly to accommodate all those who declare their religion as “ India”
