Just a few days ago Bollywood's Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor tied the knot in an intimate ceremony. After Bhatt announced their wedding, more photos from their wedding have surfaced on the social media accounts of their friends and family. Recently, her close friend Tanya Saha Gupta has shared a new set of pictures where Ranbir is seen posing with the bridesmaids, holding a piece of paper that has our attention.

"It’s sappy days like these that I LIVE FOR. lots of happy tears & belly aching laughs, celebrating my sweet sweet Alia Bhatt's ‘s love story? Forever grateful to have an inseparable family, that just grew a lot sillier & a little bigger," read the post.

In one of many photos posted by Gupta, Kapoor is seen holding a piece of paper that reads, "I, Ranbir, husband of Alia, I pledge to all bridesmaids," with his signature as well as all the other bridesmaids'. According to Republic World, Kapoor pledged to keep his wife happy forever.

On April 14, the couple got married at their home in Bandra, Mumbai. Bhatt wore an ivory coloured sari by Sabyasachi while her husband wore a similar coloured sherwani and pagri. The star-studded guest-list for the event included Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan and their children, Karisma Kapoor as well as the Kapoor and Bhatt families.

Their wedding festivities had officially kicked off with a mehndi ceremony a day before the big day that also had a limited guest list. The Student of the Year actor chose Indian designer Manish Malhotra for her fuchsia mehndi lehenga.

According to The Indian Express, the newlyweds have returned to their busy film schedules. A video has been doing the rounds on social media where Kapoor is seen returning to work. Today, Bhatt was also photographed as she left to shoot her film.

Both Kapoor and Bhatt will be seen paired up in Brahmastra, which releases in September. Apart from this, Bhatt has Darlings, Jee Le Zaraa, and Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani and her Hollywood debut in Heart of Stone alongside Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan. Ranbir has Shamshera, Luv Ranjan’s untitled next and Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal in the pipeline.

It's surprising that, the bridesmaids are more prominent and brighter than the bride to the extent that, it is difficult to recognise the actual bride.
