Bella Hadid thanks 'legend' Susan Sarandon for her support of Palestine

After her short stint of 'neutrality', the supermodel is back to speaking about human rights violations against her people.

Supermodel Bella Hadid has once again spoken up for Palestine and against the apartheid state of Israel. She was very vocal with her support previously, and even took to the streets of NYC to take part in pro-Palestinian protests. After a short stint at "neutrality", she's back to supporting her people.

Her latest take on the matter came as a reply to plus appreciation post for Thelma & Louise star Susan Sarandon. In her tweet, Sarandon pledged her support to Palestine, and Hadid appreciated her for her bravery.

Taking note of her tweet, Hadid uploaded a screenshot on Instagram. "I have always looked up to you and your advocacy for the world. You gave me strength to keep speaking up for the things that matter to me... human rights for everyone worldwide," she said.

She went on, full of praises for Sarandon, and called her the "legend above all legends".

"We will always stand tall for the voices of the oppressed and of the silenced."

Sarandon is now one of the very few celebrities still talking about Palestine. Many have retracted previous statements of support while others have been either silent or "neutral".

Hadid's sudden neutral stance shook her Palestine-sympathising fans, we now understand that to be an anomaly. She posted an Instagram story and tweet with the flags of both Palestine and Israel and called for peace. She later deleted the posts.

The model has once again been speaking on the issue with the same vigour on social media. She has been busy reposting and highlighting what's going on.

Hadid has become a target for her activism for the right wing and racist voices in the west, but also for the state of Israel, which has actively been trying to spread disinformation and propaganda to decrease the number of voices chanting for Palestine. After she was slammed for being anti-semitic and shifted to a softer stance, speculations were sparked about mounting pressure. The internet had all sorts of theories, including one that said her Dior deal had been cancelled due to her activism.

Whatever the reason was for her post, she's back now and speaking about Palestine as loudly as ever.

Brave girl has returned to the battle-field for Palestine, after short cease-fire under pressure from her major employers who are mostly Jews.

Good for Bella for standing up for her people. Huge respect for Susan Sarandon, given that she could face real consequences in the zionist-owned Hollywood due to her stance against apartheid Israel.

The so called 'Hollywood Elites ' are actually intellectually deficient irrelevant people who at times act disgusting and funny . They have no influence on mentally sound people.

Hope Ms Sarandon, under pressure, won’t change her mind in a few days and apologize for her views
