For the longest time, we had no idea Riz Ahmed was married. However, now that the secret is out, everyone has been waiting for a glimpse of his wife and eagle eyed fans spotted the Mogul Mowgli actor fixing her hair on the Oscars red carpet and winning hearts.

At the 93rd Academy Awards, where Ahmed was a contender for best actor award for Sound of Metal, (and holding ground as the Oscar's first Muslim best actor nominee,) the actor paused for a second to fix his wife Fatima Farheen Mirza's hair.

“I’m the official groomer,” he joked as the recently married duo posed at the red carpet. Naturally, fans went gaga over their love, and their love story!

In an episode of podcast Grounded with Louis Theroux, the 38-year-old actor had revealed that he tied the knot "not very long" ago, elaborating that he didn't think his personal life was relevant to the work he did.

"I mean, I guess I don't really feel it's generally that relevant, so I don't delve into my personal life or my dating history or even family life much," he continued, adding that it was just about having boundaries.

Ahmed may have lost the award to to Anthony Hopkins but he sure won all of our hearts! We love seeing men comfortable with showing affection for their wives in public.

Shalwar qameez and dupatta on red carpet. Originality and simplicity have no alternative. A real down to earth, shame for all our actress who tried to be more modern than what actually they are. Show what you are not what others want to see.

@M. Emad he is an British actor, rapper, comedian who’s parents immigrated to UK from Pakistan. He is well connected to the Pakistani community in US and UK. He is a very well known comedian also. His resume includes hosting the White House Correspondent’s dinner address, which only the top comedians ever get to do. And the cherry on the cake is he is a Muslim with a love story worthy of a movie.

@Chrís Dăn because they pretend that undress or less dressed is requirements of card carpet, so you should show what you are not what other think. And they should present the clothes they wear or their people clothes which she represents. We should proud what we have not what we are not.
