Tik Tok star Hareem Shah is going to get a new title soon — actress. She's starring in Raaz, a web series on her life.

The web series will premiere on February 26 on UrduFlix, which is a streaming service similar to Netflix that will only show content dubbed in Urdu. The app also launches on February 26.

The trailer for Raaz shows Shah's rise to fame in Pakistan and highlights her own concerns about the attention she gets.

"You're not crazy, you're different. And people who are different, they do things," says Shah's friend in the trailer, setting the tone for the series.

Raaz has been written by Mansoor Saeed and directed by Asad Ali Zaidi.

Shah's name was on everyone's lips after she posted videos of herself in the conference room of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Islamabad. At the time, Shah already had a million followers on TikTok but she wasn't as widely known as she is today.

Her troubles increased after she was catapulted to fame. She was harassed by a group of men at a Dubai shopping mall

Earlier in 2020, she and her friend Sandal Khattak were doxxed and pictures of their CNICs and passports were leaked online. Their real names, ages and addresses were made public without their consent.

Shah also accused Mufti Abdul Qavi of sexual harassment and slapped him in a video that went viral on social media. In 2016, he was a central figure in the murder investigation of model Qandeel Baloch. Qavi was later stripped of his mufti title and isolated by his family.

Who in their right mind would want to watch her life story. Atleast it should be rated PG. Parents beware.

I would love to watch some nice documentary kind of movie about Malalaś life. How in childhood she used to write her views in different journals and to BBC also and had her dream to have a country with equal human rights for everyone & how she was punished by terrorists & how she returned to life and got Nobel prize &how she contributes to charity programs for education of girls in Pakistan. Her life deserves to be shared with this world more .This lady should consider Malala for her movie.

That's always seemed so ridiculous to me, that people want to be around someone because they're pretty. It's like picking your breakfeast cereals based on color instead of taste.

Just thinking about Qandeel Baloch :( She had to sacrifice her life so that Hareem shah and others can express themselves as they please.

We must use our efforts and invest in people who are doing exceptional work for the society. It is such a waste to portrait hareem as an important person.
