Following a public proposal, a grand engagement, and a glorious wedding week, Iqra Aziz and Yasir Hussain tied the knot last year.

The couple are celebrating their first anniversary today and on the happy occasion, the Ranjha Ranjha Kardi actor has shared a sweet note for her beau on social media.

"Happy 1st Anniversary babzuu," she posted.

"You’re so special to me that I cannot express it in words. You’ve given me so much love and care. You’ve been my partner, my friend, my frenemy, my companion, my everything. You’ve made me see the world in a new way. You’re the positivity in my life. Keep shinning and keep smiling. I LOVE YOU," she added.

Nadia Hussain, Sunita Marshall and Aiman Khan were quick to extend their heartiest congratulations.

Yasir had proposed to his long-time girlfriend, down on one knee, on the 18th edition of the Lux Style Awards. While the public proposal had ruffled some feathers, the duo couldn't be happier with their decision, with fans standing stall and continuing to shower their support.

While the festivities kicked off with a bright and fun mayun, the wedding was a star-studded affair, with celeb-buddies dancing the night off at the mehendi, and the duo signing their nikkah-nama in style with a grand reception.

Wishing the two their happily ever after.

If you have to advertise your happiness then it shows that there is a hidden problem somewhere.

If people don't like them then why click on the article knowing it's about them? Why not opt for other articles. Let me tell you a little secret, if you keep clicking the article and stop posting comments on it, there is a chance Dawn won't write more about them... Your welcome. I don't know why showing love upsets people. At least they found each other. They post on their social media, the media takes it from there. So they are not advertising themselves. They just share with with fans how happy they are.
