Last week, Angelina Jolie was in talks to be in Marvel's latest movie but looks like she's not the only one.

Kumail Nanjiani has been reported to be in talks for the same MCU flick, Jack Kirby's The Eternals.

While it is unclear what role Nanjiani will have in the upcoming film, we predict Jolie will be playing Sersi, an Eternal with a soft spot for humans who joins The Avengers.

The two stars have neither confirmed nor denied their intent for joining the MCU roster but if they do, this will be the first time they will be playing proper superheroes.

The Eternals is a 1976 comic by Jack Kirby about near-immortal beings that were created to defend the Earth. They were created by the Celestials, who are also responsible for making the Kree and Skrulls - which were seen in the Captain Marvel movie.

The series was rebooted in 2006 with Neil Gaiman on board, who revamped the characters to tie them in the current Marvel universe better. With Skrulls and Kree already introduced in Captain Marvel, we can tell that the Eternals will debut in the MCU very easily.
