Fakhre Alam gets a shout out from female aviator Tracey Curtis Taylor

"That's how I want to see Pakistani girls/women living large," said Alam

Fakhre Alam recently became the first Pakistani to circumnavigate the globe.

The singer took to Twitter last week to share the great news and got a lot of love and support for his adventure.

One such person to share her support was British aviator Tracey Curtis Taylor and Alam could not resist sharing her shout-out and also commending her own efforts.

Alam revealed that Curtis was flying "a vintage open cockpit biplane from UK to Australia."

"On her way she stopped in Pakistan and that's when a well wisher of mine took this photo supporting Mission Parwaaz."

Curtis was more than happy to comply to the well wisher's request and showed her support for Alam's mission.

The singer added, "That's how I want to see Pakistani girls/women living large."

You said it, Alam!

Sad but currently Pakistani girls only think of getting a rich bf/husband and living of their money by buying expensive stuff and fine dining. The majority of our girls don't have the drive in them to be anyone other than a show wife for their spouses. Very few free spirits here, mostly caged souls.

Well done Fakhre Alan. In history remember Miss Sheila Scott Scott is the first woman to fly over the pole and solo. She set a new time going from Darwin, Australia, to London in three and a half days, beating the previous time by a day and a half. This was her 100th flying record and the seventh of this particular trip. As if that's not enough, in 1966 she was the first British pilot to fly by herself around the world.
