Bharat producer reportedly calls Priyanka 'unprofessional'

It was announced yesterday that Priyanka has unexpectedly dropped out of Salman Khan's Bharat

While Bharat director Ali Abbas Zafar appears to have no hard feelings against Priyanka Chopra for dropping out from the Salman Khan-starrer, it appears that not everyone feels the same way.

According to multiple Indian media reports, the film's producer Nikhil Namit said he felt her sudden departure was unprofessional, while confirming the rumour of her engagement with Nick Jonas:

"Priyanka told us she had to exit due to her engagement two days ago. It was a little unprofessional of her to do it so suddenly," Namit said, according to mid-day.

Oops! Looks like Priyanka didn't get the clean break she must be hoping for.

The search for a leading lady for Bharat is in full swing and Katrina Kaif and Jacqueline Fernandes are tipped to be the strongest contenders for the role.

Priyanka had a good reason - she is engaged to be married. No contract can be followed if there are life changing events like death & marriage.

It her choice, India is a free society. She can refuse or renege. What is unprofessional about it?
