Ali Zafar's PSL 2018 anthem is finally out
Ali Zafar's been MIA for a while now; the actor has had his hands full with his upcoming flick, Teefa in Trouble.
But he was a singer before he was an actor and he's back with another tune we think we're going to have on repeat once PSL kicks off (even if it sounds like it's a little too inspired by Coldplay).
'Dil Se Jaan Laga De', which has been composed, written, produced and sung by Ali Zafar, is the 2018 anthem for Pakistan Super League.
The three and a half minute music video features fireworks and lots of cricket players such as Shoaib Malik boxing, Ramiz Raja drumming, Ahmed Shehzad winging it at the guitar and the others such as Shahid Afridi and Misbah ul Haq getting geared up for the pitch.
Ali has also composed the official anthem ‘Ab Khel Kay Dikha’ for the PSL debut season and ‘Ab Khel Jamay Ga’ for the second year of the league.
