His birthday typically sees an outpouring of love from fans and a steady stream of guests at his and wife Saira Banu's Mumbai residence.
This year, however, Saira Banu informed well-wishers that his birthday celebrations will be low-key with fewer guests at home, "as doctors have advised Saab to be protected from any infection."
