Farhan Ali Agha will make a guest appearance in Parwaaz Hai Junoon
Air force drama film Parwaaz Hai Junoon just got more star-studded.
The upcoming film boasts a cast of popular actors including Hamza Ali Abbasi, Ahad Raza Mir, Hania Aamir, Shaz Khan and Marina Khan — and Maalik actor Farhan Ali Agha has announced that he also makes a appearance in the film.
Farhan, who previously played a Major (and later a Colonel) of the Army Special Forces in his debut film Maalik, will feature as an air force captain in Parwaaz Hai Junoon.
His scene, though, is going to be brief.
In the film, Farhan heads a three-member panel that is screening female pilots. He said, "They requested me for a special appearance because [I fit] the criteria and [demeanour] demanded by the role."
Farhan added that his scene was shot at an air force base and promised that "it's a very grand kind of scene".

When we asked Farhan if he had to go undergo any training for this role, he labelled himself a 'born fauji (armyman)'. We'll wait to see how his natural knack for the military roles shines on the big screen.
Parwaaz Hai Junoon is being produced in collaboration with Pakistan Air Force and hopes to pay tribute to the armed forces by highlighting true events. It will also feature real-life air force pilots and personalities alongside the lead cast.
The film releases this year.
