Mom was an emotional journey for the film's cast, and Adnan Siddiqui couldn't help but pen an emotional letter to the team behind it.

The Pakistani actor shared a collage on Instagram of his moments on the film's set with Sajal Aly, Sridevi and others and wrote, "Where to begin & how to sum up such a project is story in itself."

The curtains have been unveiled, the reviews have kicked in & the masses have spoken, #MOM is received phenomenally worldwide! Where to begin & how to sum up such a project is story in itself. Getting the call for this character, gearing up for the workshops, getting to know the finest in our business & being expected to deliver my best was certainly not easy. However, it would have been impossible if it wasn't for people like #BoneyKapoor Sb, the man who taught me quite a few things about filmmaking, #SriDevi gee, who proved why she was & is one of the best the world will ever see & undoubtedly, our home grown bundle of exceptional talent @sajalaly, who didn't allow a single scene to be ordinary, these were my beacons throughout this project & the man who didn't give up on anyone of us, the captain of the ship, our director #RaviUdyawar was an iceberg when it came to tackling petty to big issues & guided us all to victory. I have to thank the entire crew, which put up with my demands, who looks after me as I was a family member, people I spent countless days & nights prepping me up for a scene, feeding me with my choice of food, fulfilling my extraordinary cravings for coffee, I couldn't have performed if it wasn't you guys, #teamMOM deserves an applause. And finally, YOU ALL! All the efforts that we as actors make is to bring a smile on your face, make you forget all your worries for those 3 hours in cinema, try to console some of you with our loud expressions & try to relate to some of you with our characters, if you don't approve of what we do, we would stand no where. For all the love that you have shown me from across the globe has humbled me, proved me again how small I am in front you all, thank you very much for your support & wishes. #MOM is running with packed houses in a cinema near you. Don't miss out on the biggest blockbuster of the year! #Thankyou #AdnanSiddiqui #Mom

He explained that the process was not an easy one: "Getting the call for this character, gearing up for the workshops, getting to know the finest in our business & being expected to deliver my best was certainly not easy."

However, had it not been the team working alongside him, he would not have been able to give it his best and gave a shout out to each member.

"It would have been impossible if it wasn't for people like Boney Kapoor Sb, the man who taught me quite a few things about filmmaking, SriDevi gee, who proved why she was & is one of the best the world will ever see & undoubtedly, our home grown bundle of exceptional talent Sajal Aly, who didn't allow a single scene to be ordinary, these were my beacons throughout this project & the man who didn't give up on anyone of us, the captain of the ship, our director Ravi Udyawar was an iceberg when it came to tackling petty to big issues & guided us all to victory."

Adnan Siddiqui thanked everyone, including the crew for taking care of him and the audience for supporting his film.

A revenge flick with Sridevi, hmmm.. I am sure its worth at least one look-see, especially after her virtuoso performance in English Vinglish. But the story lacks conviction, after the reviews of the second half, hope that it all lives up to the hype

Story could have been more brilliant with Hollywood touches. However, everyone acted very well. It was great to see Nawazuddin Siddqui acting something other than a criminal's role.

Pakistani film industry must merge with Bollywood to propel our talents to greater heights and bigger mega audience. A win-win. Lines on a map must not matter. Mother Earth has nature's line only which is humanity. Bless Adnan, Sajal for being broad open minded universal stars. Love them and of course the one and only southern belle Sridevi plus the entire India crew and cast. Is there an English dubbed version on release?

A decent movie which could-be watched once. Excellent acting by all actors. A weak story and Poor script and a very weak ending. For example a police officer giving gun to mom to murder a person no matter how guilty the person was. Role of the private detective was a slander to their profession. He was giving the addresses off the individuals knowing that mom was killing them.
