A national holiday like Resolution Day calls for a new anthem or two.

And meeting that demand for a ditty is the unlikely duo of Veena Malik and husband Asad Bashir Khan.

Here's the song they've released for March 23.

Titled 'Ye Tera Pakistan Hae', their song comes as a surprise, given recent reports of their marriage being on the rocks. On March 11, it was reported that Veena had filed a case for khula from Asad Bashir, citing lack of financial support and abuse as reasons for her desire for divorce.

This was soon followed by several reports of intervention and it was said that Veena is considering reconciling with her husband.

Looks like love for the homeland has played a part in reuniting the two.
