Are the 3 Bahadur splitting up? The trailer shows the trio in conflict

It shows there's more to the characters than just their superpowers

And they're baaacckk! The sequel to hit animated film 3 Bahadur looks just as promising, if not more.

While the first film focused on the three kids, Saadi, Amna and Kamil, and their slow discovery of their super powers, 3 Bahadur 2: The Revenge of Baba Balaam focuses more on the development of their characters.

The two-and-a-half minute trailer starts light but soon moves on to serious problems; introducing the audience to the antagonist, Baba Balaam and his struggle for power. Simultaneously, it shows the struggle between the three friends, as they butt heads and get distracted from fighting the bad guys. There is, of course, an important lesson to be learned.

Amidst the chaos and their friend, policeman Uncle Deenu, landing himself into trouble with the evil powers, the trailer leaves us on edge.

Will the three come together to save Deenu? Or will Kamil split from the trio? Guess we'll just have to wait to find out.

3 Bahadur 2 will release on December 15.
