Ye-jinn took to Instagram on Monday to break the news to her fans and offer them a glimpse into her happily ever after. "Today I would like to share with you some happy news, a new life has come to us. I'm still stunned, but I'm living day by day feeling the changes in my body amidst concern and excitement. I'm so grateful but I'm so careful that I haven't been able to tell the people around me yet.
“To the fans and those around us who will be waiting for this news as much as us, we deliver the news before it's too late," she wrote in the caption.
The mother-to-be made some sweet promises for her child. "We will protect the precious life that has come to us," she said. "I hope you all stay healthy by taking good care of the things you need to protect in your life. Be happy."
The couple tied the knot in March, one-upping their onscreen characters — Yoon Se Ri and Lee Jeong Hyeok. The news was met with tremendous glee by their fans.
Ye-jin and Bin had announced their forthcoming nuptials in February. According to Gulf News, Hyun, 39, and Son, 40, first went public with their relationship in 2021, leaving fans, who loved their on-screen pairing in the drama, ecstatic. The two worked together before Crash Landing on You as well, starring in the 2018 Korean crime film The Negotiation.
