Singer Shae Gill was injured by a drone while performing on Sunday at the Park City View’s Grand Carnival in Islamabad but is okay now.

After the performance, the ‘Pasoori’ singer took to Instagram to give fans an update and explain what happened.

“I was performing at Park View City Islamabad and they handed the controller of a drone to an amateur. That drone was super fast and it came straight at me. That’s how my hand got cut so bad,” she explained.

“I’m okay now, though,” she confirmed. “Got my tetanus injection as well. Thank you for checking up on me.”

As part of their three-day family-only carnival, Park City View Islamabad invited Gill to perform live for the crowd. Held in Islamabad, the carnival included live performances from other notable singers such as Sahir Ali Bagga and Falak Shabbir.

For Gill, 2025 was the year when she released her first solo song after a stellar career working with big names in the industry. Her song ‘Pasoori,’ which she sang with Ali Sethi, became the most streamed Pakistani song in December 2022, racking up 201 million plays on Spotify. She also collaborated with Abdul Hannan on ‘Gila’ in April.
