Churails star Meher Bano pens note appreciating her husband, urges women not to settle for less

Actor Mehar Bano of Churails got married to Shahrukh Kazim Ali in an intimate ceremony at the beginning of October and recently shared a note for her husband on Instagram. She called Ali her soulmate whom she has known for years without knowing “he was the one” and acknowledged the little things he does to cheer her up.

Mehar Bano shared photos of her and Ali from their mehndi ceremony on Sunday. She wrote, “Shahrukh Kazim Ali had my back way before I could even decipher what it meant to take care of someone. As a friend, he was thoughtful, caring, generous, kind, his presence akin to a safe space. As a partner, he exceeds all expectations.”

She also listed out what Ali does for her, like cooking breakfast or dinner, giving her foot rubs and bringing her snacks “during shark week”. Mehar Bano pointed out that the little things he does are “just the tip of the iceberg”, while acknowledging that marriage is a lifelong commitment that comes with its “BIG old trials and tribulations”.

She used his actions to describe the little things that make one feel like they did right by choosing a partner they deserve. She described the perfect partner as the one who has affection for you and isn’t afraid to show it and urged women not to settle for less.

It wasn’t just fans who loved her post — celebrities also dropped by in the comment section including Churails co-star Sarwat Gilani and director Asim Abbasi. Gilani called them the “most cutest couple ever!” while Abbasi sent his love. Ainy Jaffri, Adnan Malik, Hajra Yamin, Azfar Rehman, Ms. Marvel star Vardah Aziz and singer Aima Baig also commented.

Mehar Bano has acted in Meray Paas Tum Ho as Anushey, best friend to Ayeza Khan’s Mehwish and the primary source of how she meets Adnan Siddiqui’s Shehwaar in the show. She was also seen in drama Balaa alongside Ushna Shah and Bilal Abbas Khan, Zee5’s Qatil Haseenaon Ke Naam and Churails. She was recently seen in Khuda Aur Muhabbat as Rida.
