Ainy Jaffri set to return to our TV screens alongside Saba Qamar and Mikaal Zulfiqar after four-year break

Actor Ainy Jaffri is coming back to our TV screens four years after her last projects 2018’s Tajdeed e Wafa and 2017’s Ballu Mahi. Her new project is a TV show alongside Saba Qamar, Mikaal Zulfiqar and Shayan Khan.

On Wednesday, the actor shared a news post by Galaxy Lollywood on her Instagram page, announcing her comeback in the show titled Mandi. Jaffri wrote, “It’s been a minute…Extremely humbled and excited to be part of this project, joining a supremely talented cast. After a 4 year break, to spend time with my new son and family; I am simultaneously nervous and also thrilled to be entering the acting space again.”

She expressed that her passion for acting, saying it was not a “passing fancy” and something that she could ever give up on. “The break has taught me to be more patient and the very valuable lesson that being a woman and a mother means that while you can’t have it all at the same time, you can have it, in turns, when the time is right,” the Aseerzadi actor added.

Much of the details have not been revealed about the show yet but we’re excited to see Jaffri back on the screen.

She had been missing from the small screen for about five years prior to Tajdeed e Wafa alongside Ahmed Ali Akbar, Naveen Waqar and Haroon Shahid.
