Pakistani Twitter wants you to remember one name — Shahnawaz Dahani

If there’s one team that has won hearts this PSL 7 it has to be Mohammad Rizwan's Multan Sultans. On Wednesday the Sultans defeatedthe Lahore Qalandars in their home ground, Gaddafi Stadium and one player, and his celebrations, really stood out — Shahnawaz Dahani.

The nail-biting match had Twitter celebrating the Sultans and their big win as the team qualified for the PSL final. Users are also using the opportunity to make jokes at the expense of Lahore fans.

This user was in awe of the Sultans.

His name was enough of a victory chant.

A user even compared Dahani's unique celebration to that of a child who lays on the ground until their parent buys them ice cream at the grocery store.

Of course, there were people celebrating the captain, Mohammad Rizwan, too.

There were some comparisons to a certain Pakistan versus India match.

One Twitter user believes Shahid Afridi owes Dahani an apology.

Pakistani Twitter has already celebrated Shaheen Afridi for his performance and trolled the Kings' for their consecutive losses. The PSL is nearing its end but we still have two matches to go before we bid adieu to all the memes — the semi-final between Peshawar Zalmi and Islamabad United and, of course, the final.
