We finally have a release date for Ishrat Made in China

The much anticipated film Ishrat Made in China finally released its official trailer on Sunday (Feb 13), giving viewers a better glimpse into what we'll get to see upon the film's release on March 3.

Ishrat Made In China is an action comedy that's said to be a spin-off of Mirza's satirical show Ishrat Baji (2006). Mirza will be playing Ishrat himself and the cast members include his costar from Bachaana Sanam Saeed, Sara Loren, Ali Kazmi and Shamoon Abbasi, Shabbir Jan, Imam Syed, Salman Saqib (Mani) and Mustafa Chaudhry.

The trailer released on YouTube shows a Mirza versus HSY face-off alongside some Bollywood-esque musical numbers, fight scenes and humour thrown in for good measure. The trailer announces that the release date is March 3.

Mirza took to Instagram to share the trailer and release date with fans.

The film is helmed by Mirza himself and was shot in Thailand during the beginning of the pandemic, an experience that proved to be difficult for the cast and crew as they found themselves stuck in Thailand due to severe travel restrictions following the outbreak.
