Kanye West demands Billie Eilish apologise to Travis Scott for helping fan during her concert

Rapper Ye (formerly known as Kanye West) took to Instagram on Thursday to call out Billie Eilish for a very strange reason. He was 'defending' his close friend Travis Scott. West shared a photo of a news report that said that Eilish had mocked Scott at a concert where she paused to help her fan who was unable to breathe.

The 'Heartless' singer believes that her actions were a direct hit at Scott who is currently under fire for the Astroworld festival tragedy where over 10 people died. The Grammy winner was performing at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia on her Happier Than Ever world tour when she stopped her concert, seeing a fan struggling in the crowd. "Are we good here? Hold on, I've got you," she addressed the fan and asked, "You need an inhaler?"

Eilish said to the crowd, "We're taking care of our people. I wait for people to be okay 'till I keep going." Her statement was met by applause. However, West is not taking it lightly and has demanded she apologise otherwise he will pull out of music festival Coachella this year.

“Come on Billie we love you. Please apologize to Trav and to the families of the people who lost their lives. No one intended this to happen," wrote the singer in all caps. He also clarified that Scott "didn't have any idea of what was happening when he was on stage" and that he was very hurt by what happened.

Ye also emphasised that Scott will be with him at Coachella but he wants Eilish to apologise before he performs. In response to his comment, the 'Ocean eyes' singer said, "Literally never said a thing about travis. was just helping a fan."

Ye's comment about the singer comes days after his heated debate with is estranged wife, Kim Kardashian over their daughter North's TikTok debut. Kardashian shares an account with her eight-year-old daughter, allowing her to create content under parental control. However, that didn't stop Ye from expressing his dissatisfaction.

"Since this is my first divorce I need to know what I should do about my daughter being put on TikTok against my will?" he had asked rather cattily on Instagram. Soon after the Skims mogul took to Instagram Stories and gave an explanation that this account is for their daughter to "express her creativity in the medium with adult supervision".

Ye again took to Instagram and hit back at his estranged wife with TikTok's policy that doesn't allow children below 13 to sign up. He had also called her out on letting her wear makeup and do as she pleases without Ye's consent. Both posts by the singer have now been deleted.

Both Kardashian and Ye have been in the public eye for their relationships after going their separate ways. Kardashian filed for divorce from Ye after 6.5 years of marriage in 2021. The former couple have four children together — North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm West.
