Humaima Malick and Mikaal Zulfiqar to star as a 'modern day couple' in upcoming short film Half Cooked

Actors Humaima Malick and Mikaal Zulfiqar are one good looking on-screen couple and we'll be seeing them together in the upcoming short film Half Cooked.

Malick — who was last seen in the film Arth - The Destination in 2017 — will be making her return alongside Zulfiqar in the short film Half Baked which depicts the story of a "modern day couple".

Both Malick and Zulfiqar took to social media to share glimpses from their time together on set. Malick teased her followers with pictures of herself and Zulfiqar, and its hard not to notice the on-screen chemistry between the pair.

Zulfiqar posted a selfie on social media as well and got his followers super excited.

In a comment to Images, Zulfiqar said that shooting with Malick was "a lot of fun". He also commented on the film's story. "It is a very well-knitted story and a cinematic treat to watch," he said. "Working with Humaima was great. She's easy going and we had great chemistry."

Half Cooked is directed by Shahrukh Naveed and will premiere on the YouTube channel See Prime at the end of September.
