Adnan Siddiqui tests positive for Covid-19

Adnan Siddiqui recently announced that he has tested positive for Covid-19. The actor and producer took to social media to tell his followers and well wishers about about the news.

Siddiqui — who starred in the Bollywood film Mom alongside the late actor Sridevi — posted a message on Instagram to make the announcement.

"So I have been bitten by the bug!" the actor wrote. "Not the love bug, by the Covid-19 one. I tested positive today, thankfully with mild infection and immediately placed myself in isolation. I urge all of you who came in contact with me in the last one week, to get the test done."

"Fingers crossed. Stay safe guys!" Siddiqui added at the end.

Many celebrities such as Aijaz Aslam, Hira Mani, Bilal Ashraf and Frieha Altaf commented under Siddiqui's post to wish him a speedy recovery.

Earlier this year, celebrities such as actor Marina Khan and singer Momina Mustehsan tested positive for Covid-19 as well, asking their followers to strictly observe all necessary precautions in order to stay safe.
