We finally know the name of Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik's baby girl

New mom Gigi Hadid has finally revealed the name of her baby girl with Zayn Malik — it's Khai!

It seems they went with their own choice and didn't take the internet's suggestions, as hilarious as they were. The model revealed the name in a very subtle way — she simply added "khai's mom" to her Instagram bio.

We're hoping Gigi, of Palestinian descent, and Zayn, of Pakistani origins, will share some insight into the name otherwise fans will keep speculating about the name. One believable theory is the young parents have named the 5-month-old after Gigi's grandmother, whose name was Khairiah Hadid.

The power couple has been very private about their child and so far, only shared glimpses without showing her face. They clearly appear head over heels in love with their bundle of joy, with Gigi recently saying: "Hey ... I'm obsessed w our kid."

The couple welcomed their first child in September last year.

The Pillowtalk singer had taken to social media to celebrate the news with his fans and followers.

"Our baby girl is here, healthy and beautiful. To try put into words how I am feeling right now would be an impossible task," Zayn had written. "The love I feel for this tiny human is beyond my understanding. Grateful to know her, proud to call her mine, and thankful for the life we will have together."

Hadid had announced the news with a black and white picture of the little one's hand with hers.

"Our girl joined us earth-side this weekend and she’s already changed our world. So in love," the new mama had posted.
