These posters from Aurat March spoke our hearts out

Aurat March 2020 happened nationwide yesterday to commemorate Women's Day and the crowds were bigger than ever before.

Violent protestors showed up with bricks and chilli powder to attack peaceful participants but we just kept marching; just goes to show how unstoppable we are. They tried to bury us, they didn't know we were seeds. Well, they do now.

Like always, many attendees brought their creative A-game and scrawled their demands and desires for Women's Day on some truly brilliant posters. Like seriously, it's taken us all day to narrow it down!

If you still don't get what Aurat March represents, let us break it down for you once again.

Here we go

We demand an end to sexual harassment and domestic violence

An end to rampant child abuse

An end to forced conversions

Repeat after us: trans rights are human rights

For all those who love to call Aurat March an elite affair

Stop holding Zindagi Tamasha hostage

Guess who's back, back again

Starting them young and doing it right. Gives us hope for the upcoming generation

Also a shout-out to the older generation of supportive and feminist parents. Thank you!

Hypocrisy really isn't a good look guys

Shade game with meme game

We feel seen

Big MOOD
