The newest Game of Thrones trailer has us all excited for season 7
It may be the first day of the summertime but lest not forget, winter is coming. Yep, it's baaaack!
HBO just casually dropped the second proper trailer for season 7 of Game of Thrones and well, we're freaking out! The clip features a lot of new footage and potentially some spoilers.
Judging by this preview we're going to pick up right where we left off: Danenerys has landed in Westeros and Jon Snow appears to be fighting White Walkers back above The Wall.
What really stood out to us was Sansa Stark who seems to have emerged as an underdog. The trailer's focus on the Stark daughter suggests her political prowess will only increase in the upcoming season, made all the more clear when she echoes her father's famous words: "When the snows fall and the white winds blow, the lone wolf dies, but the pack survives."
Not to mention because this is a shortened penultimate season of GoT, all but one of the upcoming episodes have extended running times!
Game of Thrones season 7 premieres 16 July; time to plan our viewing parties...
