7 things you may have missed from the PSL 2017 finale in Lahore

The Pakistan Super League had its finale in Lahore yesterday and the Peshawar Zalmi trounced the Quetta Gladiators to win the PSL trophy.

Gaddafi Stadium hosted one of the biggest cricket matches of the year and the fabulous closing ceremony that preceded it.

Fans will remember many moments from the PSL, from Grant Elliot's bat drop to Kieron Pollard's push ups.

But the PSL finale had its own special moments. Let's take a look.

1) Lahore was lit up beautifully to celebrate the return of cricket to Pakistan.

2) The atmosphere was electric, the crowd was excited, but there was also that familiar chant... 'Go Nawaz Go!'

3) Reham Khan was present to show her Zalmi support. She seems to have had a ball!

4) Siraj Ul Haq and Sheikh Rasheed also came, had a swell time mingling with the crowd.

5) The win was extra special for Zalmi fast bowler Wahab Riaz. He dedicated his team's win to his late father who passed away days before PSL 2017 kicked off.

6) Darren Sammy took a lot of selfies this season, but this one won everyone's hearts.

7) PSL got a shout-out from all corners of the world for the successful finale in Lahore.
