His first film - Revenge of the Worthless - comes out on July 29, but Jamal Shah is already planning his next project.
The director/actor reveals that he will next co-produce a love story set in New York.
"My upcoming film is Phir Khili Anarkali, which will be shot in New York. It has been written by Mumtaz Husain, who will be directing it and I will co-produce it.
While the film is in its nascent stages, Shah already has a Bollywood actor in mind.
"We are talking to Sonam Kapoor for the female lead," he shares with Images.
"The film will be a very interesting love story set in contemporary New York switching back and forth in 16th century and modern times. It will be a tasteful commercial film of high production values."
Jamal Shah will next be seen in TV serial Saya e Diwaar on Hum TV.
