You'll wish you married Fawad Khan after watching this ad

We know the tea trolley-pushing woman is an outdated stock character, but it took Pakistani hearththrob Fawad Khan to finally drive the point home.

In his latest commercial for Tapal Danedar tea, Fawad overturns stereotypical gender roles by making, and then serving, his overworked wife a steaming cup of tea.

In the commercial, wifey gets home tired after a long day spent either at work or grocery shopping — that part's unclear. But whatever the case, Fawad swoops in to revive her with tea, saying "You do so much for me. My heart wanted to say, lets you and I have a cup of chai."

Swoooon.

It's a small instance of role reversal, and the TVC doesn't push it – Fawad, the husband, ultimately admits that he can't cook, but offers to take her out for dinner to save her an evening of cooking.

Husbands of the world, take note! If Fawad Khan can do it, you can aspire to some tea-making too!
