Diwali is unofficial party season across the border; celebs take out time from their grueling schedules to let loose and light up some firecrackers.

This year, the movers and shakers of Bollywood were spoilt for choice -- there were multiple shindigs to choose from, happening one after the other over the course of a week.

Ekta Kapoor, Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna, Shilpa Shetty and the Bachchans were all hosting! While television folks mostly flocked to Ekta's party, members of the movie fraternity did a lot of party hopping this Diwali.
