K&N's SmartCooking Recipes: Wings with Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
-K&N’s Combo Wings (425g)
-K&N’s Stok (1 cube)
-Olive oil (1 tbsp)
-Butter (1 tbsp)
-Water (2 cups)
-Onion (1 cup; finely chopped)
-Garlic (1 tbsp; minced)
-Mushrooms (1/2 cup; finely sliced)
-Salt to taste
-White pepper powder (½ tsp)
-Black pepper powder (½ tsp)
-Cream (1/2 cup)
-Thyme (1/2 tsp; dried)
Method
1. Prepare K&N’s Combo Wings as per instructions on pack.
2. In a pan heat olive oil, add butter, garlic and cook for a minute. Add onion and cook for another minute.
3. Add mushrooms and fry until golden-brown.
4. Add water and K&N’s Stok. Season it with salt, white pepper powder, black pepper powder and thyme.
5. Add cream and let simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
6. Add K&N’s Combo Wings in the gravy; mix well and set aside.
Garlic Rice Ingredients
-Olive oil (2 tbsp)
-Garlic (1 tbsp; minced)
-Rice (2 cups; boiled)
-Black pepper powder (1 tsp)
-Soy sauce (1 tbsp)
-Salt to taste
Method
1. In a pan, add olive oil; add garlic and sauté until golden brown.
2. Add boiled rice and mix it well.
3. Add black pepper powder, soy sauce and salt; cover and let simmer for 5 to 6 minutes.
4. Your rice is ready; serve with mushroom gravy and enjoy.
