Pakistan announced Sunday night that it would not be playing its match against India in the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup and X is in shaking — with laughter, of course.

There were people giggling over the news, especially in light of Pakistan asking India to shift their matches to Sri Lanka.

While others were shooting their shot at refusing future matches with their own rivals.

Most Pakistanis were having a ball.

And, of course, roasting Indian reactions to the news.

Many felt for the Indian team that would be getting ready for a match they know would be forfeited.

But they also felt Pakistan’s announcement could have been timed a little better.

On a more serious note, people were pleased with Pakistan’s decision, especially given the way India refused to even shake hands with Pakistani players during the Asia Cup.

Given that we’re off to a rather spectacular start, this T20 World Cup promises to be rather interesting.
